How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who You Talk To
Mustparticipants Pest Control does not send anyone to your door. You talk with an independent provider in our network. Each provider runs its own business, with its own staff, prices and schedule.
The person who answers may be an office contact, an estimator or a licensed applicator. Ask who will visit your home.
What Happens After You Send a Request
1. First, a provider reviews your details and photos. 2. Next, the provider contacts you with questions or to book a visit. 3. Then, you get an estimate. Ask for it in writing. 4. Finally, you decide. Saying no is fine.
Be ready to explain what you saw, where, and when it started. Your notes do the talking for you.
Questions to Ask a Provider
Print this list or keep it on your phone.
- Are you licensed and insured for this work in my state?
- What pest do you think this is, and why?
- What exactly does the quote include?
- Which products or methods will you use, and are they safe around kids and pets?
- Do I need to prepare anything, such as moving furniture or clearing a basement wall?
- Is a follow-up visit included, and what does it cost?
- What does the written agreement say about repeat problems?
- How can I document the work for my records?
For termites, also ask how they inspect foundations and what damage they can see. For wildlife removal, ask how they handle entry repairs and cleanup.
Keep Your Paperwork
Ask for these in writing:
- The quote
- The treatment plan
- Product names
- Any warranty terms the provider offers
Put everything in your records folder, along with your own dated photos.
You Are in Control
You can request more than one estimate. You can ask follow-up questions. You can take time to think. A request through Mustparticipants Pest Control does not oblige you to hire a provider.
