Complaints Process
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Mustparticipants Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about any of these:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Mustparticipants Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, first take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Mustparticipants Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or decide things on a provider's behalf.
If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in New Jersey.
Filing Your Complaint
Send an email to contact@mustparticipants.living. Please include:
1. Your name and the easiest way to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
First, we confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we look into what happened. This may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
